Key Responsibilities
The Deputy Manager will be crucial in driving performance, profitability, and compliance across HLL centres in the region. Key tasks include:
- Sales & Financials: Drive sales, monitor revenue/collection targets, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation with zero discrepancies.
- Operations: Monitor region-wise operations, manage vendor relations, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Oversee optimal inventory management to reduce expiries and pilferage, and coordinate the supply chain.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with pharmacy laws, regulatory norms, SOPs, and labour laws.
- Staff & Expansion: Supervise manpower, lead staff training, and manage the rollout and stabilization of new HLL outlets/centres.
