Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Biotechnology) / M.Tech (Nanotechnology or Biotechnology).
- Academic Record: Minimum 75% aggregate in all qualifying examinations is mandatory.
Desirable Skills
- Valid score in CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in nanoparticle synthesis, surface modification, bioconjugation, or formulation research.
- Motivation to work at the interface of basic and applied sciences.
Scope of Work
The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in advanced research areas, including:
- Nanotechnology: Preparation and characterization of nanoparticles (TEM/SEM/AFM).
- Biotechnology: Bacterial culture handling in BSL-2 facilities and in-vitro toxicity studies.
- Analytical Chemistry: Drug release studies and UV-Vis/Fluorescence spectroscopy.
- Lab Management: Maintaining records, inventory, and supporting the Principal Investigator (Dr. R. Marina).
