Core Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will oversee the intersection of clinical operations and business expansion:

Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day activities of Hindlabs and USG units within Lifespring Hospitals.
Liaison: Serving as the key link between Hindlabs administration and hospital management.
Quality & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to NABL and State Clinical Establishment norms.
Business Growth: Initiating new B2B partnerships and collection centers across Telangana.
Market Intelligence: Conducting research and feasibility studies for new site selections.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: * Essential: B.Pharm / B.Sc or M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology / B.Sc Radiology / Imaging Technology.
- Desirable: MBA or Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA).
Experience: * Minimum 1 year of managerial experience leading a team (3-5 members).
- Proven track record in overseeing functional or business activities in Hospitals or Diagnostic Lab operations.
