
GSK, a world-leading biopharma company dedicated to uniting science and technology to get ahead of disease, is currently seeking a high-caliber Adult Vaccines Specialist. This role is a critical part of GSK’s mission to impact the health of 2.5 billion people globally by focusing on disease prevention through robust adult immunization programs.
The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding the vaccination footprint across Hyderabad, ensuring that life-saving vaccines are accessible through private clinics, specialist practices, and hospital chains.
Key Responsibilities & Scope
- Network Expansion: Identify and onboard high-quality vaccinating clinics and specialist practices (Dermatology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, etc.) across Hyderabad.
- Clinical Education: Support clinics with end-to-end vaccination workflows, providing education on clinical benefits and inventory management.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and hospital chains to establish new walk-in vaccination services.
- Commercial Acumen: Use data-driven insights to maintain customer profiles, forecast demand, and achieve regional commercial objectives.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver localized training and materials ensuring safe and effective vaccine administration.
Candidate Profile
1. Minimum Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business development.
- Market Knowledge: An established network within the Hyderabad private clinic and specialist market.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex clinical data into clear commercial value propositions.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable with regular field travel within Hyderabad and surrounding territories.
2. Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business.
- Specialized Experience: Prior experience in launching new therapies or designing clinic workflows for vaccination services.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital reporting tools.
