Job Profile Overview

Remuneration: * Deputation: Pay Matrix Level-8 (Rs. 47,600 – 50,000).
- Contractual: Subject to honoraria slabs with a 3% annual increment.

Requirement	Details
Education	B. Pharma degree OR Graduate in Science (Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry).
Experience	Minimum 2 years of specific experience in drug quality control.
Age Limit	Maximum 45 years (as of May 5, 2026).
Domicile	Open to all, but UP Reservation Policy applies only to UP residents.

Shortlisting & Selection Process

If the number of applicants exceeds 10, a Preliminary Evaluation will be used to shortlist the top 10 candidates for a personal interview based on a 20-point scale:

Academic Merit: Marks in Essential Qualification (Max 5 Marks).
Desirable Qualification: Additional relevant certifications (Max 5 Marks).
Work Experience: Duration and quality of QC experience (Max 10 Marks).

Selection for candidates on deputation will be based on the Personal Interview only.
