Pharmacist Recruitment under CMHO (NHM Chhattisgarh)

The National Health Mission (NHM), Chhattisgarh, under the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO), has announced a Walk-in Selection for the district-level contractual post of Pharmacist (NUHM) for the financial year 2025-26.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: * Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy with a minimum of 50% marks.
    • Valid Registration with the Pharmacy Registration Council.
  • Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026):
    • Minimum: 18 years.
    • Maximum: 70 years (Medical/Clinical positions).
  • Residential Requirement: Must be a local resident of Chhattisgarh. A Local Resident Certificate of the concerned district is mandatory.

Selection & Marking System

The selection will be based on a merit list comprising educational qualifications, experience, and a written test/interview.

  1. Experience Marks:
    • Government/Semi-Govt: 02 marks per year (Max 10 marks).
    • NHM Employees: 03 marks per year (Max 15 marks).
    • COVID-19 Bonus: 10 bonus marks for those who served 6+ months in CG government health institutions during the pandemic.
  2. Screening: If applicants are numerous, the top 10 candidates will be called for the next stage.

Walk-in Schedule & Venue

  • Date: May 14, 2026 (Thursday)
  • Venue: Government Nursing College, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur (C.G.)

Daily Timeline:

  • 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Registration & Document Verification.
  • 11:00 AM – 02:00 PM: Scrutiny of applications.
  • 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM: Claims and Objections window.
  • 04:30 PM – 05:30 PM: Written Examination / Interview.

Checklist of Required Documents (Original + Self-Attested Photocopy)

  • 10th & 12th Grade Mark Sheets (Proof of Date of Birth).
  • Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy (All year-wise mark sheets).
  • C.G. Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate.
  • Local Domicile Certificate (Chhattisgarh).
  • Caste Certificate & Disability Certificate (if applicable).
  • Experience Certificate (clearly stating duration and nature of work).
  • Proof of Identity: (e.g., [Aadhaar Redacted], PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License).
  • Two Passport-size Photographs.

Important Notes

  • NOC: If currently working in a Govt/Private institution, a No Objection Certificate is required.
  • Performance Review: Contract renewal is subject to an annual performance evaluation.
  • Late Entry: Applications received after 11:00 AM on the interview day will not be considered.
