Advanced Platforms: Developing Liposomal, Polymeric-based, and Nano-particulate formulations.
Complex Biologics: Mastering the loading and stability of peptides, proteins, and nucleic acids.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identifying bottlenecks in the development process and proposing scientific mitigations.
Scaling Innovation: Moving novel ideas from small-scale literature concepts to masterable experimental techniques.

Criteria	Requirements
Education	M. Pharm, M. Sc. (Chemistry/Biochemistry), or Life Sciences degree.
Experience	1+ year of industrial experience in Formulation R&D is highly preferred.
Characterization	Skills in DLS, Zeta potential, DSC, PXRD, and Microscopy (TEM/SEM).
Analytical	Proficiency in UPLC/HPLC and biophysical stability testing.
Soft Skills	Collaborative mindset and excellent scientific communication.

Technical Expertise Areas

While experience in every area isn’t mandatory, candidates with a background in the following “subsets” will stand out:

Sustained Release: Implants, depots, and in situ delivery systems.
Purification: Expertise in TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) and ultrafiltration.
