Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, related Healthcare disciplines, or Business Management.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial experience or hands-on background working with start-ups, entrepreneurs, incubators, or incubation consultancy setups.
- Desirable Criteria:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management.
- Demonstrable track record of entrepreneurship (as a founder or within an incubator management team).
- Direct experience running company management teams and an active network across the startup and investor ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in handling incubator–incubatee legal, structural, and operational frameworks.
- Strong leadership, networking, and organizational abilities across academic, corporate, and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, drive, and scale incubation programs in coordination with the Director, CEO, CTO, and Nodal Officers.
- Formulate outreach initiatives to scout, screen, evaluate, and onboard high-potential start-ups.
- Establish and run an active stakeholder engagement calendar connecting founders, venture capitalists, mentors, industry specialists, and faculty.
- Guide incubatees through business modeling, seed grants, fundraising pipelines, marketing channels, and tech transfer agreements.
- Manage day-to-day incubator facility operations, specialized laboratory equipment utilization, and rent/renewal contracts.
- Handle grant monitoring, technical documentation, and reporting for government and institutional funding agencies.
