Natco Pharma, a prominent Indian multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Hyderabad, is organizing a walk-in interview drive for its Formulation Division in Kothur. The company is inviting candidates for Operator and Supervisor roles in the Production (Injectables) department, including eligibility for freshers.

Department and Eligibility Overview

Department: Production (Injectables)
Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
Experience Level: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers passing out in 2025 and 2026 are eligible).

Role Responsibilities

Operators
- Experience in handling autoclaves, Clean-in-Place (CIP) / Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) of vessels, and vial washing operations.
- Executing injectable manufacturing process activities.
- Performing aseptic filling and packaging operations.
Supervisors
- Managing and supervising injectable manufacturing lines.
- Handling aseptic area operations, autoclaves, and CIP/SIP activities.
- Overseeing vial washing, Media Fill / Aseptic Process Simulation (APS), and external manufacturing operations.
- Ensuring strict compliance with batch documentation and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Important Notes

Only candidates genuinely interested in working at the Kothur location and the Oncology Manufacturing Unit should attend.
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support plant operations according to business requirements.
