Position and Training Overview
- Post: Apprentice Fresher
- Department: Production (Manufacturing Shop Floor)
- Experience Level: Freshers only
- Qualifications: Diploma or B.Sc. (Any stream) – strictly for 2025 and 2026 pass-outs
- Stipend: ₹13,500 per month
- Work Location: Pithampur, Indore
Job Profile & Key Responsibilities
- Working on the production shop floor under shift supervisors, handling machine operation, batch processing, and packing.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), line clearance, gowning, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Making accurate entries in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Production Records (BPR), and logbooks.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (full on-the-job training will be provided).
Eligibility Criteria
- No prior work experience.
- Candidates with NATS or NAPS apprenticeship experience, or those currently undertaking it, are not eligible.
- Candidates who have been interviewed by Lupin in the last 6 months are not eligible.
