Research Fellowships at AIIMS Jodhpur: Openings for Research Associate-III

AIIMS Jodhpur—established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) to correct regional healthcare disparities and enhance medical education—has invited applications for the position of Research Associate-III on a purely temporary basis under a Department of Health Research (DHR) sponsored project.

Post: Research Associate-III
Project Title: “Technical Resource Centre under the Centre for Evidence for Guideline”
Number of Vacancies: 01
Monthly Emoluments: ₹67,000 + HRA
Tenure: Initially six months, extendable up to 1 year, with a total project duration of 3 years (reviewed every six months).

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications: Ph.D., MD, MS, MDS (or equivalent degree) OR MVSc, M.Pharm, ME, M.Tech, M.Sc.
Research Experience: At least 3 years of research experience along with at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in handling systematic review projects related to the medical field.
- Basic knowledge of biostatistics and research paper writing.
- High-level expertise in data analysis using R Programming, STATA, or Python.
- Preference: Candidates with publications (Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) as first or corresponding author in SCIE Q1 journals will be given preference.
Job Profile: Supporting the Principal Investigator (PI) in conducting and writing systematic reviews for guideline formation, and responsible for coordinating various levels in selected review centers.
