Roles & Responsibilities of the Post Doctoral Fellow:

Designing and executing sophisticated in-vitro studies, with a primary focus on immune system modulation using biotherapeutic or pharmaceutical approaches.
Staying current with the latest scientific literature and applying this knowledge to drive research projects forward.

Managing cell culture maintenance and preparing and qualifying master and working cell banks.
Collaborating seamlessly with various cross-functional teams to provide essential support for development projects.
Maintaining accurate and detailed laboratory records in full compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Overseeing laboratory equipment and managing inventory.
Adhering to and promoting safe workplace practices and participating in organizational safety and quality initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Immunology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
