Rusan Pharma, a pharmaceutical company with global operations, is looking for experienced professionals to fill several Area General Manager (AGM) positions at its Formulation Unit in the Gandhidham Kandla SEZ, Gujarat. The company is hiring for roles in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Production.

Posts: AGM – Quality Assurance (QA), AGM – Quality Control (QC), and AGM – Production.
Location: Gandhidham Kandla SEZ, Gujarat.
Experience Required: 15 to 20 years.
Salary: Competitive, in line with market standards.

Qualifications & Key Responsibilities

AGM – QA:
- Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of global GMP regulations (WHO, EU, USFDA, etc.), and experience in handling CAPA, deviations, and product recalls.
AGM – QC:
- Qualification: M.Sc, B.Sc, M.Pharm, or B.Pharm.
- Expertise: Skilled in lab management, handling lab incidents, and conducting validation, stability, and hold time studies.
AGM – Production:
- Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc.
- Expertise: Proven experience in managing manufacturing operations, ensuring timely dispatches and yield control, and maintaining cGMP compliance with various global regulations.
