📋 Job Description and Responsibilities

The Clinical Research Coordinator will primarily support clinical studies by focusing on Data Coordination and Document Coordination.

Data Coordination:

  • Actively participate in the development and testing of Case Report Forms (CRFs), study reports, and study databases based on protocol requirements.
  • Ensure the timely and quality completion of data forms.
  • Verify study data.
  • Generate, manage, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • May process compensation and identify/resolve compensation discrepancies.

Document Coordination:

  • Create and manage the clinical study files.
  • Oversee the organization and distribution of clinical study documents.
  • Assist with periodic audits of clinical study files for completeness and accuracy.

  • Autonomy: The individual works under limited supervision, provides assistance and training to lower-level employees, and performs a wide variety of non-routine clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Organizational Impact: The role delivers day-to-day objectives with a significant impact on achieving results for the job area. Work involves obtaining or providing information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
  • Innovation & Complexity: The coordinator is expected to make minor changes to systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness, and is expected to independently propose solutions to problems for manager review.
  • Communication: Communication is typically with internal and external contacts to obtain and provide information of moderate importance.
  • Leadership: Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.

👤 Candidate Profile

  • Requires a broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
  • Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
