Pharmacist Post on Contract at ECHS Polyclinics: Surat (Under Stn HQ Vadodara)

The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) invites applications for the contractual engagement of Pharmacist staff for its Polyclinics at Surat (under Station Headquarters, Vadodara).

The contract period is One year for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates and 11 months for civil candidates, renewable based on performance and other conditions.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess one of the following:

B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board AND an Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, AND be registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.

Desirable: Knowledge of MS Office.

Interview:
- Date & Time: Will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through Telephone/E-Mail.
- Documents to Bring: Candidates must bring all original certificates (10th, 10+2, Graduation/Diploma/Course, work experience, Aadhaar Card, Discharge Book, PPO, service records (for ESM), and 04 recent PP size colour photographs) at the time of the interview.
