Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for these positions, applicants must meet the following specific timeline and conditions:

Superannuation Window: Applicants must have retired after December 31, 2022, and before December 31, 2025.
Post Match: Candidates must apply only for the specific post from which they superannuated.
Age Limit: The maximum age for engagement is 65 years.

Selection & Marking Scheme

Selection is based on a scoring system (Total 30 Marks) evaluating the candidate’s performance during the three years prior to retirement:

Physical Attendance (15 Marks):
- 90%+ Attendance: 5 Marks/year
- 80% – 90%: 3 Marks/year
- 70% – 80%: 2 Marks/year
- Below 70%: 0 Marks
Annual Confidential Report / ACR (15 Marks):
- Outstanding/Excellent: 5 Marks/year
- Very Good: 3 Marks/year

Tie-Breaking Rule: If two candidates score the same marks, preference is given based on:

Higher ACR Grade

Younger Age

Juniority in Appointment Date.

Terms of Engagement

Duration: Initial engagement is for one year. This can be extended for one additional year based on performance, medical fitness, and mutual consent, up to the age of 65.
Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must pass the Company’s Medical Examination (IME).
Posting: Candidates may be posted at any Area, Unit, or Hospital within NCL.
