
Shiv Bali Singh Group of Educational & Training Institute, College of Pharmacy, Malwan, Fatehpur, is organizing a UPCST-sponsored National Seminar on “IPR in Drug Discovery: From Molecule to Market” on 14th February 2026 (Saturday) at the MPH Hall, SBS College of Pharmacy.
The seminar aims to highlight the critical role of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in pharmaceutical research, innovation management, patent filing, technology transfer, and commercialization of drug discoveries. The event will provide a platform for academicians, researchers, students, and industry professionals to gain insights into protecting innovations and translating research into marketable therapeutic products.
The program will feature eminent speakers including Prof. (Dr.) A. N. Sahu (IIT BHU, Varanasi), Dr. Mohini Mishra (Registered Indian Patent Agent, DST, Govt. of India), and other distinguished professors and experts from leading pharmacy institutions.
Abstracts are invited in the areas of Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, and allied sciences for poster presentation. Abstract should be send at sbsiprabstract2026@gmail.com. The last date for early bird registration and abstract submission is 31 January 2026, with acceptance notifications to be communicated by 10 February 2026.
