Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will bridge the gap between product development and global market entry. Your core duties include:
- Product Compliance: Ensuring all product launches align with global laws governing GHS (Globally Harmonized System) and Chemical Registrations.
- Documentation: Managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensuring Trade Compliance.
- Data Synthesis: Gathering detailed compositional and physical property data for regulatory assessments.
- Hazard Characterization: Examining product formulations to determine proper hazardous classification.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with third-party vendors and internal product management teams.
- System Usage: Leveraging SAP modules, JIRA, and Palantir for data processing and tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Toxicology).
- Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of chemical compositions and product data structures.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with SAP, JIRA, or data analytics platforms like Palantir is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Soft Skills: Effective communication for vendor negotiations and a team-oriented mindset.
