Eligibility & Experience

Candidates must meet the following Qualitative Requirements (QR):

Educational Qualification: * B.Pharm from a recognized institute OR
- 10+2 (Science) with an approved Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
Registration: Must be a registered pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Experience: A minimum of 03 years of professional experience as a pharmacist is mandatory.
Preference: Priority will be given to Ex-servicemen candidates.

Application & Selection Process

1. Submission Deadline:

Interested candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format along with self-attested photocopies of all educational and experience certificates to the OIC, Stn HQs (ECHS Cell), Wellington, no later than 09 February 2026.

2. Interview Details:

Tentative Date: Scheduled for the 3rd week of February 2026.
Notification: Eligible candidates will be informed of the exact date and time via telephone or email.
Originals: You must carry all original mark sheets (10th, 12th, Degree/Diploma), Work Experience certificates, and (for ESM) Discharge Book/PPO/Service Records, along with two passport-size photographs.

3. On-Job Training (OJT):

Selected candidates are required to undergo 10 days of mandatory On-Job Training (unpaid). A completion certificate from the OIC ECHS Cell is necessary before the official contract is signed.

Terms of Engagement

The position is purely on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year. Renewal for a further year is subject to performance and the candidate remaining within the prescribed age limit. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection process.
