- Method Development: Expertise in Assay & Method Development and optimization for APIs and complex molecules.
- Advanced Analysis: Handling Impurity Profiling, degradation studies, and structure elucidation using high-end instrumentation.
- Instrumentation Proficiency: Hands-on experience and troubleshooting for HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, GC, and FT-IR.
- Team Management: Leading and training scientific teams to drive analytical problem-solving and technical excellence.
