BITS Pilani Hyderabad: ANRF-ARG JRF Fellowship in Pharmacy

The Department of Pharmacy at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, is inviting applications for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position. This role is part of a prestigious research project sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) under the Anusandhan Research Grant (ARG).

Project Details

Project Title: Preclinical validation of DPP-1 as a therapeutic target using novel inhibitors for the treatment of chronic kidney disease and associated neurocognitive impairment.

Duration: 3 Years

Compensation & Benefits

Fellowship Amount: ₹37,000 per month
Academic Opportunity: The selected candidate may be permitted to register for the Ph.D. program at BITS Pilani, provided they meet the university’s institutional requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: First-class in M.Pharm (Pharmacology).
Preference: Candidates with a valid GPAT qualification and strong knowledge in:
- In-vivo and in-vitro pharmacology
- Neuroscience and Neuropharmacology
- Molecular Biology
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years.
