Walk-In Interview: Alkem Laboratories Hiring for Daman Formulation Unit

Department-Wise Vacancies

1. Quality Control (Formulation)

Role: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm
Skills: Expertise in Stability, FP, and Analytical Instrumentation (HPLC, UV, Dissolution). Proficiency in LIMS, Empower software, and HPLC (Waters). Experience in MLT Analysis, Environmental Monitoring, and instrument calibration is required.

2. Production (Formulation – Core Area)

Role: Technical Associate
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI
Skills: Hands-on experience with Wurster Pellet Coating (Glatt, 21 CFR SCADA), Granulation (GEA/Glatt), Compression (KORSCH, SEJONG), and Coating. Candidates with Liquid Manufacturing or Sachet filling (Wraptech/Bossar) experience are also encouraged.

3. Production (Packing)

Role: Officer / Sr. Officer / Technical Associate
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI
Skills: Expertise in Primary Packing, specifically Blister lines (Uhlmann, Elmach, BQS), Bulk/Bottle Packing, CVC, and Liquid Packing.

4. Warehouse

Role: Officer / Sr. Officer / Associate
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Com / B.Sc. / D.Pharm / ITI / 12th
Skills: Experience in RM/PM receiving and dispensing via online systems. Familiarity with SAP, eWMS, WDS, and eBMR. Must be capable of operating High Reach Electric Stackers and monitoring environmental conditions (Temp/RH).
