Walk-In Interview: Clinical Research Coordinator at HBCH & RC, New Chandigarh

The Department of Academics at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (HBCH & RC), a prestigious unit under the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) and the Department of Atomic Energy, has announced a walk-in interview for the position of Clinical Research Coordinator.

Since its inception in August 2023, the department has become a cornerstone for oncological education in Punjab, managing fellowships, residency programs, and specialized training. This new opening offers a unique opportunity for pharmacy and life science professionals to contribute to cutting-edge cancer research.

Position Overview

The role is designed for candidates with a strong foundation in clinical trial protocols and regulatory guidelines.

  • Designation: Clinical Research Coordinator
  • Remuneration: ₹30,000 per month
  • Qualifications: B.Sc or B.Pharma (with a mandatory PG Diploma in Clinical Research) or M.Sc in Clinical Research.
  • Skillset: Beyond clinical knowledge, the center is looking for candidates proficient in MS Office and AI tools to assist in modern data management.

Interview Details & Requirements

The recruitment will be conducted via a walk-in process. Candidates are advised to arrive strictly within the designated time window.

  • Date: Wednesday, 22nd April 2026
  • Time: 09:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
  • Location: HBCH & RC, Plot No. 1, Medicity, New Chandigarh.

Mandatory Documentation: Applicants must carry their updated resume, two passport-size photos, original educational certificates (SSC onwards), and proof of experience (appointment letters/pay slips). PAN and Aadhar cards are also required for verification.

Important Note

This position is initially for a three-month tenure, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and funding. Selected candidates may also be required to serve at the Sangrur facility depending on institutional needs.
