Open Vacancies & Qualifications

1. Production (Jr. Associate / Jr. Officer / Officer)

Eligibility: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 1 – 5 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing manpower and monitoring production rates.
- Raw material verification and quality checks before charging.
- Strict compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
- Acting as a GMP Coordinator and reporting quality concerns.

2. Quality Control (Jr. Associate / Jr. Officer / Officer)

Eligibility: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry.
Experience: 2 – 5 Years in API Pharma Industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with instruments: HPLC, GC, GCHS.
- Knowledge of CSV (Computer Software Validation), GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Preparation of protocols/reports for method validation, transfer, and verification.

3. Apprenticeship (Freshers)

Eligibility: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Any Chemistry) or B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation).
Roles Available:
- Plant Operator
- Analyst (QC / Process Development Lab)
- SAP & Data Management
- GMP Coordination

Mandatory Criteria & Preferences

Academic Record: Minimum 60% marks / 1st Class in the highest qualification (for candidates with less than 5 years of experience).
Industry Exposure: Relevant experience in API / Bulk Drug industries with knowledge of process safety.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Interview Policy: Candidates who interviewed with Lupin in the last 6 months are not eligible to apply again at this time.
