This role is based at the Corporate Office and is central to driving the strategic and operational growth of one of the company’s key specialty portfolios.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
The Product Manager is accountable for optimizing profitability, market share, and revenue growth. This role bridges the gap between scientific innovation and field execution.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term brand strategies.
- Create promotional inputs such as Visual Aids (VA), Leave Behind Leaflets (LBL), and digital campaigns (webinars, apps, and newsletters).
- Design market penetration strategies and lead new product launches.
Market Intelligence & Analysis:
- Conduct SWOT analysis and competitor mapping to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize primary research and customer connects to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage product forecasting and maintain a robust new product pipeline.
Field Support & Collaboration:
- Provide scientific and communication training to the sales force.
- Organize CMEs, scientific symposia, and conferences to enhance brand visibility among healthcare professionals.
- Liaise with Medical Affairs, R&D, and Learning & Development teams.
