TIGS Recruitment 2026: New Openings for Life Sciences & Bioinformatics Professionals

The Tata Institute for Genetics and Society (TIGS) has announced multiple project-based vacancies under the ICMR-National OneHealth Mission (NOHM). These positions are part of a high-impact national project focused on wastewater surveillance to monitor multi-pathogens across India.

Available Vacancies

Project Research Scientist – II (2 Posts): Requires a PhD or a 1st Class PG degree with three years of experience in Life Sciences, Genomics, or Bioinformatics. Expertise in metagenomics and Python/R is highly desired.
Project Technical Support – III (4 Posts): Open to Post Graduates or Graduates with three years of experience in relevant fields. Candidates with BSL lab experience or bioinformatics skills are encouraged to apply.
