Position and Remuneration

Role: Project Research Scientist-II (Bioanalytical Chemist)
Monthly Salary: Rs. 67,000 + HRA
Age Limit: 40 years (standard government relaxations apply)

Who Should Apply?

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or Chemistry, supported by at least 4 years of post-qualification experience. The institute is specifically looking for expertise in LC-MS/MS-based bioanalysis, preferably gained within a DMPK lab or a CRO environment.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead preclinical pharmacokinetic (PK) studies, focusing on:

Developing and validating analytical methods for small-molecule drugs.
Operating and troubleshooting complex LC-MS/MS instrumentation.
Analyzing PK samples in biological matrices like plasma and serum.
Supervising junior researchers and maintaining regulatory-compliant documentation.
