THSTI Faridabad Announces Walk-In for Project Research Scientist-II in Bioanalysis

The Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is seeking a skilled Bioanalytical Chemist to join a high-impact project focused on developing optimized treatments for influenza infections. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a deep technical background in LC-MS/MS and drug metabolism studies.

Position and Remuneration

  • Role: Project Research Scientist-II (Bioanalytical Chemist)
  • Monthly Salary: Rs. 67,000 + HRA
  • Age Limit: 40 years (standard government relaxations apply)
  • Interview Date: 6th May 2026 (9:00 AM)

Who Should Apply?

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or Chemistry, supported by at least 4 years of post-qualification experience. The institute is specifically looking for expertise in LC-MS/MS-based bioanalysis, preferably gained within a DMPK lab or a CRO environment.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead preclinical pharmacokinetic (PK) studies, focusing on:

  • Developing and validating analytical methods for small-molecule drugs.
  • Operating and troubleshooting complex LC-MS/MS instrumentation.
  • Analyzing PK samples in biological matrices like plasma and serum.
  • Supervising junior researchers and maintaining regulatory-compliant documentation.
