Career Opportunity: Clinical Trial Support Role for Pharma & Nutrition Graduates at SJRI

St. John’s Research Institute (SJRI), Bangalore, has announced a recruitment opening for a Project Technical Support II position. This role is part of a critical multicentre randomized control trial investigating malabsorption in stunted children. It offers a unique opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to work within a high-standard clinical research environment under ICH-GCP Guidelines.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be an integral part of the analytical project team, ensuring the smooth execution of clinical protocols. Key duties include:

  • Trial Coordination: Managing patient screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Preparing submissions for the Ethics Committee (IEC) and reporting adverse events (AEs/SAEs).
  • Data Management: Handling Case Report Forms (CRFs) and using electronic data capture systems like Medidata and EDC.
  • Lab & Logistics: Managing study consumables, investigational products, and the shipment of laboratory samples.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Preferred Qualifications: Pharm D, M.Sc/B.Sc in Clinical Research or Nutrition, or a Diploma in Clinical Research.
  • Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Telugu is highly preferred for patient interaction.
  • Location: Bangalore.
