- Key Responsibilities: Overall production supervision, schedule execution, manpower planning, BMR/BPR and SOP compliance, yield monitoring, material reconciliation, deviation investigations, CAPA, change controls, cross-functional coordination with QA/QC/Engineering, and regulatory audit readiness.
