Position Overview

- Freshers: Eligible to apply under the Apprenticeship Program
- Experienced: 1 to 5 Years in sterile/parenteral manufacturing
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Plant Location: Sachana (Sanand – Viramgam Highway), Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Filling Operations: Operate plastic parenteral filling lines, including Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS), and Bottle Pack systems for sterile infusions and large/small volume parenterals.
SOP & BMR Adherence: Execute batch manufacturing processes strictly in compliance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Line Clearance & Compliance: Carry out line clearance inspections prior to batch initiation and ensure rigorous adherence to cGMP, aseptic behavior, and plant safety guidelines.
Process Monitoring: Monitor ongoing visual, environmental, and operational production parameters, maintaining real-time documentation and logbooks.

Preferred Skill Set

Hands-on experience in sterile injectable, infusion, or ophthalmic manufacturing lines.
Familiarity with aseptic processing areas (Grade A/B cleanroom operations) and automated blow-fill-seal equipment.
Solid grounding in pharmaceutical GMP documentation and batch reconciliation.
