H&H Healthcare and Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) based in Madhya Pradesh, is expanding its Research & Development team at its Smart Industrial Park facility in Pithampur. The company has invited applications from professionals with hands-on experience in nutraceutical, herbal, and pharmaceutical formulation development, scale-up, and technology transfer.

Open Positions & Role Details

1. R&D Manager / Team Lead – Tablets & Softgels

Experience: 7 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation development for specialized dosage forms including bilayer, effervescent, chewable tablets, and advanced softgel formulations.
- Drive project execution from concept phase through to commercial manufacturing.
- Screen innovative active ingredients and excipients; oversee accelerated and real-time stability protocols.
- Troubleshoot compatibility issues and ensure compliance with FSSAI and regulatory standards.

2. Technology Transfer / Scale-Up Specialist – R&D to Plant

Experience: 5 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scale-up processes and pilot trials for tablets, softgels, and powder dosage forms.
- Identify, monitor, and optimize Critical Process Parameters (CPPs).
- Draft and review Technology Transfer Dossiers, MBMRs, and trial protocols.
- Resolve plant-level scale-up bottlenecks in coordination with Production, QA, QC, and Engineering teams.

3. Senior R&D Executive / Scientist – Powder Formulations

Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop functional powder formulations, protein supplements, meal replacements, hydration blends, and collagen products.
- Optimize flow properties, dispersibility, solubility, and anti-caking parameters.
- Conduct taste-masking, sweetener profiling, and flavor optimization.
- Perform physical characterization tests (bulk/tapped density, angle of repose, LOD, particle size) and draft MFCs and SOPs.

4. Junior R&D Executive / Lab Associate

Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in routine bench-scale blending, weighing, dispensing, and formulation trials.
- Perform physical evaluations including hardness, friability, disintegration testing, moisture content, and pH.
- Charge and monitor stability samples; maintain R&D raw material stock and lab documentation.
