Ltd. in Rangareddy, Telangana.
The recruitment drive encompasses technical and engineering positions across multiple operational departments, including Biologics/Plasma Fractionation Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Analytical R&D, and Plant Engineering.
Department-Wise Role Profiles & Requirements
1. Production (Plasma & Biologics Manufacturing)
- Designations: Jr. Officer / Officer / Executive
- Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Biotechnology, or B.Pharm / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2 to 8 years
- Core Domains:
- Plasma Fractionation (PFN): Shift management and planning; hands-on operations in plasma collection, washing, cutting, thawing, pooling, sanitization, and sequential fractionation steps.
- Downstream Processing (DSP): Manufacturing operations for plasma-derived bioproducts, handling downstream chromatography and filtration systems, with adherence to cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM): Injectable formulation processing, aseptic filling machine operations, vial sealing lines, material staging, and sterile floor compliance.
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Designations: Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Biotechnology, or B.Pharm / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 4 to 7 years
- Key Functions:
- In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA): Line clearance protocols across upstream/downstream drug substance stages, cleanroom personnel behavior supervision, aseptic environmental monitoring, and comprehensive Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) review (biologics background preferred).
- Quality Management Systems (QMS): Administration of electronic QMS frameworks; reviewing, evaluating, and closing deviations, incident reports, change controls, CAPAs, internal self-inspections, and Quality Risk Management (QRM) workflows across cross-functional departments.
3. Quality Control (QC)
- Designations: Officer / Executive
- Qualifications: M.Sc in Biochemistry / Biotechnology, B.Pharm, or B.Tech in Biotechnology
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Key Functions:
- Analytical testing using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, Zone Electrophoresis, and Kjeldahl nitrogen determination methods.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance under World Health Organization (WHO) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards, with strict adherence to Data Integrity guidelines.
4. Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)
- Designation: Junior Research Associate (Jr. RA)
- Qualifications: M.Sc in Biochemistry or Biotechnology
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Key Functions: Protein and biologics characterization, practical handling of ELISA and biochemical assay platforms, documentation protocols, and analytical communication.
5. Engineering & Facility Maintenance
- Designations: Trainee Engineer / Jr. Executive / Executive
- Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 0 to 7 years (Entry-level openings available for Trainee Engineers)
- Functional Streams:
- Process Engineering: Preventive and breakdown maintenance for aseptic vial lines (washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, liquid filling, capping/sealing machines), formulation vessels, autoclaves, and lyophilizers; regulatory qualification and requalification documentation.
- HVAC & Cleanroom Utilities: Continuous maintenance and operation of Air Handling Units (AHUs), HVAC filter cleaning cycles, environmental parameter monitoring (temperature, pressure differentials, humidity).
- Electrical Maintenance: Shift handling of electrical infrastructure, including high-capacity diesel generators, transformers, power control centers (PCC), motor control centers (MCC), circuit breakers (MCBs), and power distribution panels.
- Water Systems & Pre-Treatment: Automated monitoring and troubleshooting of Raw Water Pre-Treatment, Purified Water (PW), Pure Steam Generation (PSG), and Water for Injection (WFI) plants; operating Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Electrodeionization (EDI), UV, and Ozone sanitization systems via SCADA/HMI control panels.
