Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualifications & Experience (Any one of the following):
- Master’s degree in Clinical Research, Health Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or Biotechnology from a recognized University plus 5 years of relevant clinical research/clinical trials experience.(OR)
- Ph.D. in Clinical Research, Health Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or Biotechnology from a recognized University plus 2 years of relevant clinical research/clinical trials experience.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) with 2 years of clinical research/trial experience.
- Strong scientific communication and technical manuscript writing skills.
- Working proficiency with statistical packages (SPSS, Stata, or R) and MS Office suite.
- Hands-on familiarity with clinical study databases and electronic data capture (EDC).
Job Responsibilities
- Overall coordination and site management of clinical trials under the INSTRuCT network.
- Regular monitoring of clinical trial activities, patient safety reports, and protocol compliance.
- Organization of clinical research training, investigator meetings, and capacity-building sessions.
- Data review, generation and resolution of clinical trial queries, data validation, and preparation of interim/final project reports.
