Department-Wise Openings & Professional Requirements
1. Bioanalytical Department
- Core Responsibilities: Professionals will oversee the development, validation, and sample analysis for pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), anti-drug antibody (ADA), and neutralizing antibody (NAb) assays. Responsibilities also include reviewing bioanalytical protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), analytical runs, and final study reports.
- Eligible Qualifications: M.Sc., M.Pharm., M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related Life Sciences.
- Experience Required: 4 to 8 years.
2. Analytical Department
- Core Responsibilities: Candidates will perform physicochemical characterization of biosimilar products using cutting-edge analytical techniques. Additional duties involve developing, optimizing, qualifying, and troubleshooting analytical methods for product characterization and comparability assessment.
- Eligible Qualifications: M.Sc., M.Pharm., M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related Life Sciences.
- Experience Required: 3 to 10 years.
3. Manufacturing (DSP / USP)
- Core Responsibilities:
- Upstream (USP): Focus on mammalian and cell culture techniques, including the use of single-use bioreactors, shake flasks, and perfusion systems.
- Downstream (DSP): Handle mammalian and cell culture techniques focusing on protein purification utilizing chromatography, tangential flow filtration (TFF), and virus filtration.
- Eligible Qualifications: Life Science Graduate or Postgraduate, such as M.Sc., B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech in Biotechnology or Microbiology.
- Experience Required: 4 to 10 years.
