The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) Headquarters, New Delhi (Division of Reproductive, Child Health and Nutrition), has invited applications to engage temporary consultants on a contract basis.
Key Vacancy & Eligibility Details
- Post Name: Consultant (Scientific-Non Medical) – Healthcare Data Analyst.
- Number of Vacancies: 2 total consultants (Medical/Non-Medical).
- Essential Qualifications: Minimum M.Sc / MPH or equivalent qualification in relevant subjects such as nutrition, public health, epidemiology, or health sciences, with at least 12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience in primary research and data analysis (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Proficiency in writing study protocols, training protocols, CRFs, consent forms, guidelines, and manuscripts.
- Technical software knowledge: STATA, SPSS, R, SAS, or QGIS.
- Publications in high-impact journals.
- Age Limit: Minimum age of 40 years and maximum age of 70 years.
- Emoluments: Consolidated monthly remuneration between ₹1,00,000 and ₹1,50,000/-, determined by the selection committee based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
- Duration: Initially for a period of one year.
Application Process & Selection Guidelines
- Mode of Application: Online via the official Google Form link provided in the ICMR notification.
- Application Deadline: 19.10.2026 up to 05:30 PM.
- Selection Process:
- If more than 30 candidates apply per post, a written test consisting of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be conducted.
- Final selection will be based on the combined score of the written test and a personal interview, or solely on a personal interview if fewer than 30 candidates apply.
- For retired personnel, only an interview is conducted.
