Key Responsibilities

Clinical Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement clinical strategies for medical devices and therapies while collaborating with business and marketing teams to align clinical plans with corporate objectives.
Regulatory & Compliance: Support regulatory submissions using clinical evidence, ensure adherence to international and local ethical/clinical standards, and maintain audit readiness for inspections.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Review and interpret clinical data concerning safety and efficacy, prepare study reports, Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER), and publications, and present findings to internal stakeholders and external bodies.
Post-Market Clinical Activities: Monitor product performance and safety within real-world settings while supporting vigilance and risk management operations.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, research institutions, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), train internal teams on product usage and clinical data, and act as a clinical expert across cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of experience in clinical research or dialysis clinical operations, with background experience in hospitals, dialysis centers, or medical device companies.
Preferred Background: Clinical background in dialysis or nephrology, along with hands-on exposure to continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) or hemodialysis.
Key Competencies: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
