Open Positions & Department Requirements
1. Formulation R&D (FR&D)
- Liquids Section
- Experience Required: 2–7 Years
- Qualifications: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
- Core Profile: Responsible for formulation development, process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer for liquid and solid dosage forms. Hands-on operation of homogenizers, RMGs, FBPs, compression, and coating machines. Drafting technical documentation including MFCs, PDRs, stability notes, and specifications.
- Hormones Section
- Experience Required: 3–5 Years
- Qualifications: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
- Core Profile: QbD-compliant formulation development and optimization via Design of Experiments (DoE). Handling scale-up batch manufacturing and cross-functional team (CFT) coordination with ARD, RA, TT, Manufacturing, and Purchase departments. Experience with Soft Gel or Veterinary dosage forms is preferred.
- Solid Orals Section
- Experience Required: 2–7 Years
- Qualifications: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
- Core Profile: Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation development, scale-up, process optimization, and technology transfer. Expertise in OSD machinery (granulation, compression, and coating), troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
2. Analytical R&D (AR&D)
- Hormones Section
- Experience Required: 3–5 Years
- Qualifications: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc-Chemistry
- Core Profile: Analytical method development for raw materials and finished products, testing, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and strict GMP/GLP compliance. Coordination with RA, TT, Validation, QC, and Purchase.
- Injectables Section
- Experience Required: 5–7 Years
- Qualifications: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc-Chemistry
- Core Profile: Analytical testing, method development, and validation of parenteral dosage forms with practical exposure to HPLC, GC, and particle-size analyzers. Ensuring GMP/GLP compliance, robust documentation, stability testing, and OOS/OOT investigations.
