Position Details & Requirements
1. Senior Production Assistant (Pharma)
- Number of Posts: 02 (OBC)
- Essential Educational Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Sc
- Minimum Essential Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in the production department of a pharmaceutical plant or a similar industry.
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 10,000 – 20,000
- Approximate Gross Salary (Per Month): Rs. 19,770/-
2. Lab Analyst (Microbiologist)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Essential Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Microbiology or M.Sc. in Microbiology
- Minimum Essential Experience: B.Sc. candidates require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, while M.Sc. candidates require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Microbiology Laboratory within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar industry.
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 10,000 – 20,000
- Approximate Gross Salary (Per Month): Rs. 19,770/-
Employment Terms & Benefits
- Period of Appointment: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a period of two years, extendable for a further period on a need basis.
- Fringe Benefits: Includes PF, ESI, leave, medical insurance, bonus, and other applicable benefits for FTC employees in a similar grade/scale.
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 40 years, with age relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per Govt. of India rules.
