Essential Educational Qualifications

Applicants must satisfy one of the following criteria:

Master’s or Integrated Master’s degree in Natural, Agricultural, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, MVSc, Animal Sciences, or equivalent; OR
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized university or equivalent.

Desirable Qualifications and Research Focus

Preference will be granted to candidates with an educational background in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences, coupled with hands-on experience in setting up experiments and performing analyses in antimicrobial resistance (AMR), microbial genomics and metagenomics, molecular biology, infectious diseases, or related microbial sciences.

Consolidated Monthly Emoluments

Rs. 31,000/- plus HRA: Applicable for candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET (including lectureship/assistant professorship), GATE, or national-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT, DST, or equivalent agencies/institutions.
Rs. 25,000/- plus HRA: Applicable for all other eligible candidates.
