CSPDCL Announces Apprenticeship Program for B.Pharm, BSc, B.Tech, and Other Graduates

Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL) is offering a one-year apprenticeship program for the year 2025-26. This special recruitment drive is open to 23 candidates from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community to fill vacant posts.

Total Posts: 23 (All reserved for ST candidates)
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate Apprentice: Candidates with a B.Pharm, B.E., B.Tech, B.C.A., B.B.A., B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com. degree are eligible.
- Diploma Apprentice: Candidates with a Diploma in Engineering are eligible.
Stipend:
- Rs. 9,000/- per month for graduate apprentices.
- Rs. 8,000/- per month for diploma apprentices.
Training Period: The apprenticeship will last for one year. It is important to note that this is a training position and does not guarantee any temporary or permanent employment with CSPDCL after completion.
Eligibility Restrictions:
- The time between the date of obtaining your degree/diploma and the date of joining the apprenticeship must be five years or less.
- Candidates with one year or more of work experience or previous apprenticeship training are not eligible.
Location: Applicants must be natives of Chhattisgarh.

Application Process:

NATS Registration: All candidates must first register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) and include their registration number in the application form.
Required Documents: A completed application form (enclosed in the original advertisement) must be submitted along with photocopies of the following documents:
- 10th and 12th mark sheets.
- Graduation/Diploma mark sheet and certificate.
- Permanent caste certificate (for ST candidates) issued by the Chhattisgarh government.
- Permanent residence certificate.
- NATS registration form with the registration number.

Selection Process:

Selection will be based on a merit list, determined by the marks obtained in the graduation or diploma examination.
Selected candidates will be required to submit a self-affidavit on stamp paper at the time of joining.
