The Central Ayurveda Research Institute (formerly NVARI) in Jhansi is offering a temporary position for a Senior Research Fellow (SRF). This is a great opportunity for post-graduates in chemical, natural, or biological sciences to gain valuable research experience.

Job Details

Post: Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Project Title: QC Analysis, Estimation of Markers/PRS & Shelf-life Studies of Ayush PTK and Go-Mutra Haritaki
Duration: 6 months (purely on a contractual basis)
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as of July 1, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided as per Government of India rules for eligible candidates (SC/ST/OBC).
Pay: A consolidated salary of Rs. 42,000 per month, plus 18% House Rent Allowance (HRA).

Eligibility and Qualifications

Essential: A Post Graduate degree in Chemical, Natural, or Biological Sciences with at least two years of relevant experience. A degree in M.Pharm from a recognized university is also an essential qualification.
Desirable: The institute is looking for candidates with specific skills and experience. Preference will be given to those who have:
- Experience handling advanced instruments such as HPTLC, HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, or ICPOES.
- Strong article writing skills, with proof of publications in SCI Indexing Journals with a good impact factor.
