HSCC (India) Ltd., a Government of India Enterprise, is Hiring Pharmacy Graduates

HSCC (India) Limited, a “MINI RATNA” public sector undertaking and a subsidiary of NBCC (India) Ltd., is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Pharmacy professionals to join its team on a regular basis. The company specializes in providing consultancy services for healthcare infrastructure and has a strong pan-India and global presence.

HSCC is seeking to fill two key positions: Assistant Manager (Pharma) and Executive (Pharma).

Assistant Manager (Pharma)

Grade/Pay Scale: E-1, with a pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- per month.
Number of Posts: 1
Upper Age Limit: 30 years
Qualifications: A full-time degree in Pharmacy from a government-recognized university/institute with at least 60% aggregate marks. Candidates must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act-1948.
Experience: A total of 4 years of post-qualification experience is required. This must include at least 2 years in a one-step below post (E-0) with a pay scale of Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000/- or equivalent. Candidates from the private sector must have a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 9 lakhs for the last two years.
Key Skills: Experience in procurement of drugs & medicines, tendering (including GeM), material management, supply chain management, and regulatory affairs (Drugs and Cosmetic Act). Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Executive (Pharma)

Grade/Pay Scale: E-0, with a pay scale of Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000/- per month.
Number of Posts: 1
Upper Age Limit: 28 years
Qualifications: A full-time degree in Pharmacy from a government-recognized university/institute with at least 60% aggregate marks. Candidates must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act-1948.
Experience: A total of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Key Skills: Experience in procurement, tendering, material management, and knowledge of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act, including drug sampling and inspection. A strong understanding of supply chain management best practices and industry regulations is also required.
