1. Operators & Supervisors – OSD Production & Packing (Onco & Non-Onco)
- Experience: 0 to 6 Years (Freshers graduated in 2024/2025 are eligible).
- Qualification: I.T.I, Diploma, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy.
- Key Responsibilities: Successful applicants will be responsible for operating and supervising critical equipment across various manufacturing stages. This includes:
- Granulation: Operating equipment like RMG, FBD, ACG, and GEA.
- Compression: Operating GEA and Sejong machines.
- Coating: Operating NEOCOTA machines.
- Capsule Filling: Operating Bosch and MG02 machines.
- Packing Lines: Running Blister Packing (CAM /IMA/ACG) and Bottle Packing (CVC, Optel) lines.
2. Training Coordinator – OSD & Sterile Production & Packing
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 Years.
- Qualification: B.Sc, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy.
- Key Responsibilities: This role involves crucial activities in maintaining staff competence and compliance, including:
- Conducting essential SOP training sessions for staff, casuals, and workmen.
- Ensuring the effective and practical delivery of training directly on the shop floor.
- Accurately maintaining all official training records.
- Core Skill: Both roles require good verbal and written English communication skills.
