
Established in 2023, the BRIC-CDFD Technology Incubator is designed to accelerate early-stage innovations in life sciences. The Senior Incubation Manager will be responsible for nurturing these startups and managing the ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Post-graduation (M.Sc./M.Tech) or equivalent in Life Sciences from a recognized university.
- Essential Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working in an Incubation Centre.
- Desirable Experience: Candidates who have been a startup founder/co-founder or have managed the administrative operations of a life science startup ecosystem will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovation Mentorship: Promoting and accelerating early-stage biotech and life science innovations.
- Ecosystem Management: Liaising with stakeholders, including investors, academic researchers, and industry experts.
- Administrative Oversight: Managing the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the BRIC-CDFD incubator.
