Eligibility & Remuneration
- Qualification: SSC plus D.Pharm, B.Pharm, or Pharma.D from a recognized university. Must be registered with the AP Pharmacy Council.
- Remuneration: Consolidated pay of ₹32,670/- per month.
- Age Limit: Maximum 42 years (Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST/BC/EWS; 10 years for PH).
- Application Fee: * OC: ₹500/-
- SC/ST/BC/PH: ₹300/-
- (Payable via DD in favor of Regional Director Medical & Health Services, Guntur)
Selection Criteria (100 Marks)
Selection is purely merit-based with weightage for experience and seniority:
- 75% Marks: Based on aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (D.Pharm/B.Pharm/Pharma.D).
- Up to 10 Marks: Seniority weightage (1 mark per year after completing the qualification).
- Up to 15 Marks: Service weightage for contract workers in Govt. institutions:
- Tribal Areas: 2.5 marks per 6 months.
- Rural Areas: 2.0 marks per 6 months.
- Urban Areas: 1.0 mark per 6 months.
