Key Responsibilities by Role

Production & Technical Operations

Officers: Material handling, Electronic Batch Record (eBMR) filling/review, and high proficiency in SAP System and QMS (Deviations, Change Control).
Technicians: Operation of granulation equipment (Top spraying, roll compaction), liquid/paste manufacturing, and primary bottle packing (CVC lines).

Quality Control (Validation & Analysis)

Validation Analyst: Specialized in analytical method validation, method transfer, and cleaning validation using HPLC and GC.
QC Analyst: Routine analysis of Stability, In-process, Finished Product (FP), and Raw Material (RM) samples including analytical data review.

Technical Transfer (OSD/Injectable)

Preparation of BMRs, BPRs, and protocols for trial, scale-up, and exhibit batches.
Coordination and execution of process validation batches and reviewing departmental SOPs.
