Position Overview
Role: Formulation R&D – Complex Injectables
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Qualification: Ph.D., M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc
Core Technical Expertise
- Advanced Formulations: Proven expertise in developing complex delivery systems, including Emulsions, Suspensions, Peptides, and Microsphere Depot products.
- Methodology: Hands-on experience with Quality by Design (QbD) and Question-based Review (QbR) frameworks for development and process optimization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Essential experience in CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) submissions and sterile product development for highly regulated international markets.
