Key Responsibilities

Trial Monitoring & Execution: Actively monitor, participate in, and execute Formulation & Development (F&D) trials, scale-up batches, exhibit batches (EB), and process validation batches.
Scientific Evaluation: Conduct detailed scientific analysis of trial data and experimental outcomes to ensure batch reproducibility.
Technology Transfer Documentation: Draft and review end-to-end tech transfer dossiers, including Feasibility Batch Protocols, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), Exhibit Batch Summaries, and regulatory filing support documents.
Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance and operational troubleshooting during scale-up, validation, and commercial launch phases.

Desired Skills & Technical Competencies

Solid fundamental knowledge of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing processes, formulation development, and plant-scale transfers.
Hands-on familiarity with critical pharmaceutical machinery:
- Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
- Fluidized Bed Processor (FBP – Top Spray & Bottom Spray / Wurster)
- Extruder and Spheronizer
- Automatic Tablet Coaters (Autocoaters)
- Primary packaging machinery (Blister packaging & Bottle filling lines)
Proficiency in digital tools and office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
