ECHS Polyclinics in Ambala Cantt Announce 8 Pharmacist Vacancies for Ex-Servicemen and Civilians

The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) is inviting applications for the engagement of eight Pharmacists on a contractual basis. These positions are for various ECHS Polyclinics under the Station Cell (ECHS), Ambala Cantt.

The ECHS, an organization under the Ministry of Defence, is looking to fill these vacancies with both Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and civilian candidates. The initial contract period is for 12 or 11 months and is renewable based on performance and other conditions.

Eligibility and Salary

Qualification: Candidates must hold a B.Pharmacy or a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. Alternatively, candidates with a 12th-grade pass in the science stream and a minimum of three years of relevant experience are also eligible.
Salary: A consolidated salary of ₹28,100 per month.

Applications must be submitted in a physical format, along with all self-attested photocopies of educational and experience certificates, PAN, Aadhaar, and other relevant documents. Ex-Servicemen must also provide their Discharge Book and Pension Payment Order (PPO).

Last Date for Application: August 11, 2025, by 1:30 PM. Applications received after this time will not be considered.

Interviews for the screened candidates will be held from August 26, 2025, onwards from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Specific dates and times will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates via telephone. Candidates must bring all original certificates for verification during the interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
