
The Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a leading comprehensive cancer centre in India, has announced an opening for a Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical). The position is on a temporary basis for a period of six months under an ICMR-funded project.
The research project is titled, “A Multi-Omics approach to dissect the Molecular Mechanisms of Early-Onset Colorectal Cancer in the Indian Population.” This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals to contribute to a significant cancer research initiative.
Position Details and Eligibility

- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years.
- Remuneration: The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹56,000 + 30% HRA.
- Essential Qualifications:
- A First Class Post Graduate Degree (including an integrated PG Degree) in relevant subjects such as Science, Public Health, or Life Sciences.
- Alternatively, a Second Class Post Graduate Degree (including an integrated PG Degree) with a Ph.D. in Science, Public Health, or Life Sciences is also acceptable.
